Luke completed his 200-hr yoga teacher training in 2018 with Bodhi Yoga Academy. He is also a certified personal trainer and weaves elements of mobility and functional movement practices into his teaching. He is passionate about exploring the ways the human body is a microcosm of the earth, and that we all play the balance between structure and freedom in our bodies.
He informed by his Master’s degree in eco-psychology and his experience teaching and organizing youth garden education programs across California. His travels and various pursuits have provided him with a unique and comprehensive understanding of topics ranging from sustainable food systems to biomechanics.
In 2014, Amelia completed her 200 hour teacher training with Ryan and Stephanie Besler. She balances the flow and fluidity of her yoga practice with the fire of her work as a kickboxing instructor. She also has a B.A. in Studio Art and enjoys creatively weaving together her classes. She does not see herself as a teacher, rather, she is a co-student and space-holder who is passionate about allowing others to feel safe in their bodies.
Amelia has experience teaching at addiction rehabilitation centers where she offers her teaching through a trauma-focused approach. She has over ten years experience within the yoga and wellness industries and has managed multiple studios in Santa Barbara, California. She has organized events to increase community outreach and has collaborated with companies, brands, and organizations to decentralize wellness and promote inclusivity.
